Easy check-in process. Efficient and friendly staff. The pool and jacuzzi were so relaxing. The rooms are spacious, updated, and clean. Definitely worth the price. Restaurant service was superior. I love that they give complimentary alcoholic beverages (two).

It was a wonderful hotel to stay in while we attended tha Arabian Horse Show in October. The menu for the restaurant was very good. As far as the room goes, the layout was excellent! I loved the fact that the bedroom had doors to shut for privacy.

Plumbing was terrible, with stopped up toilet discovered upon check in that I had to contact front desk three times and 12 hours before I could get fixed. Had to go to lobby to use bathroom. Shower head about to fall out of wall. Water pressure was abysmal. Floor was nasty and dirty in need of deep cleaning. No ice machine on my floor and only one elevator out three were working. Door lock stopped working on the second night and had to get maintenance to come fix that. The breakfast buffet food was all cold when the servers brough it out as if the pans were sitting as they cooked the food in batches and filled them. Felt like I got ripped off for nearly $500 for two nights.

Nice place. The remodel project was an issue. Mostly disappointed with only one elevator operational (of three) and the property was full, eight floors. VERY slow elevator. Sometimes over 10 minutes. Hot breakfast was excellent.

It worked for the short trip, but I wasn’t very impressed. Construction and we were place right by it. The elevator made my 13 year old want to take the stairs.

It’s great for the location and services for an older hotel. They were renovating and only one elevator working, so the waiting coming and going were a little slower. Other than that small hiccup, our stay was relaxing and we had a nice stay as always!

I love the renovations. Clean facility. Excellent customer service from the front desk and the bar tender as well. The rooms are spacious and the pool was lovely. They also have great breakfast options every morning!
