The “Birch Nest” is a VRBO property we would definitely book again!
The property and host exceeded our expectations! We would happily recommend this home and we will seek it out the next time we’re in town.

Nice Getaway
This was a nice getaway property in a nice neighborhood of a nice community. Love Owasso and this house was a perfect place for a long weekend. Nice and quiet but close to everything.

Perfect place to stay for a work trip.
I was in Tulsa for a week long training seminar for work. It was close to where I needed to be. Week long stays are much more comfortable in a house than a hotel. Easy access to restaurants and stores, but in a neighborhood setting.

Great stay and location!
Went to Tulsa for a wedding. Host so gracious to accommodate an early check in order to get ready for the wedding. Clear instructions, very clean. Walking distance to several good restaurants and cute shops. Very easy drive to airport. Highly recommend.

The communication with this host was exceptional... very prompt, respectful, responsive. House was as pictured. Felt private, safe, comfortable. Well appointed with toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, extra paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, etc... convenient and easy.

Family Lake Wedding
Absolutely LOVED the location of this home; we enjoyed walking to coffee every morning which was less than a block away. There are also at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. Our niece's wedding was at Skiatook Lake and was about 15 minutes away Home was very clean and comfortable. AC worked great too!

First time VRBO stay!
This was our first experience in trying out a VRBO. The whole process was easy. When we arrived at the property, there were snacks and a book that helped us get familiar with the area! The property was clean and comfortable!!

Good for a night or 2 wouldn’t do a week
Pros: Simple, easy to locate, close to eating and shops, good price for 3 couples Cons: The lock on the front door doesn’t work great, you have to pull the door forward and backward after typing in the code to allow for the door to lock/unlock. Old trash was right by the front door and there were a ton of flies surrounding it. When we entered the house there was a sewage smell for the first 5ish hours. There were no trash bags in the trash cans (thankful the owner dropped off a box at the front door while we were at dinner). The house holds 3 couples (3 beds) but the living room only consists of a small couch for 2 maybe 3 people and then fairly uncomfortable chairs for anyone else.

Exceptional place to stay! Location close to our fam we were seeing for Christmas.
This is a cute, clean, and comfy home to stay. It was perfect for our Christmas getaway visiting our kids. Communication with the host, Charlotte, was exceptional!! Ease of check-in, check-out is one of the best experiences I have had on VRBO. I would highly recommend staying at this property!!

Charming & Convenient
Charlotte is absolutely the clearest, most inviting, and warm communicative host! Her little Birch Nest provided a safe, clean, charming place for me to rest while in town. Peaceful Retreat
The location is very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. It was very convenient to the activities we were interested in (botanical gardens and zoo). Our host responded promptly when we contacted her.
