Got the job done
We (my husband, two twin toddlers and dog) needed a place to stay for the whole month while we searched for and purchased a new home. We needed a place with an enclosed backyard that was pet friendly so we chose this property. Over all it was a roof over our head. It provided what we needed for our transition period. The communication and attentiveness from the host was amazing. The only complaint I have would be the roaches that were there the whole time regardless of how many traps we set. Other than that, it was close to the highway and lots of food and store options around.

Catoosa House
This property is a nice, but dated house. The A/C works great, has functioning appliances, and nice space. There were some small issues while we stayed there, the host responded quickly to answer questions. I'm sure once they get a new master bedroom matress, some better kitchen wear, and get rid of the other tenants- Cockroaches..... It will be a nice place to stay, the neighborhood is nice, and easy to access from the interstate.
