If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fee for party. Great Location!
This was a great location with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. I recommend The Tavern a couple blocks away for upscale bar food. The property is clean and includes a secure parking garage with a reserved parking spot and secured entry to the building. We enjoyed the gas fire pit by the pool in the courtyard area which is quite lovely. The pool would be great on a hot summer day with plenty of seating and an area to grill and serve food. The home has lots of room with each of the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. Very spacious bathrooms. The shower is a tub/shower combo which might be difficult to access for some but we had no problem with. There is a crib in one of the rooms which we didn't need but it's a nice feature if your staying with little ones. The beds are adequately comfortable. I loved the soft pretty blankets at the foot of the beds. Easy access to the freeway, I do recommend bringing ear plugs because the property backs up to the train tracks but the trains rumble through infrequently and they do not blast their horns so you only hear the rumble. Overall a great stay and I would book again on my next trip to Tulsa.
