The Classic Desert Aire Hotel
5/5 Excellent
"From the moment we walked in to check in we felt appreciated. The young man who took care ²of us was very thorough and friendly. We were able to get a ground floor unit (hurray!) which I had requested before our stay. Accessing the room with the door card was tricky. My husband was usually able to get it to work after 5 or 6 tries but I wasn't so lucky. Once in, the room was charming. The space is quite large and well used. Some parts have been updated while others not which didn't bother me. The only issue we had was that there weren't plugs by the bed. The bed was soft and the pillows just right. Overall, we had everything we needed! Breakfast bears a mention. There is a restaurant on site. The voucher allows you to pick from one side of the menu free of charge. With that meal you get a drink. You have other options which is nice. The food was well prepared and tasty. Service was very slow, however. Getting our check (we ordered extras) took a very long time. Once our food came out I dont recall having our waitress check in on us which I understand if it's busy but it really wasn't. I would absolutely stay here again should we be in the area!"
