"Many people might complain about the missing doorhandle in the bathroom, or the chips in the paint on the walls showing decent-sized drywall holes. They might be upset that the large painting on the wall was missing the bottom part of the frame (there was packing tape where it used to be held on). They might worry that the parking garage was dark and had broken furniture piled up in the corner, or that the “workout room” looked like something from a horror movie. I am not bothered by these...

"The hotel was closed for renovations upon arrival to check in. No notification sent to me in regards to the hotel status. Had to book a room in another Ramada, half a mile away. According to the hotel staff where I was able to book a room. Its a constant issue about their bad service. Waiting for my full refund!"
