"My daughters and I spent a couple of days at this hosteria and thoroughly enjoyed it. The building is nested in the foot of the beautiful mountains surrounded by tropical vegetation. The premises are well kept and have been remodeled in 2017. There is a really nice spa and the staff is super friendly. "We stayed for two days in Las Tacanas it has old style buildings,We had a small room with two singles beds and main bedroom with comfortable dubble bed. Lucky we had a small heater in the bedroom because it was cold nights.There is an separate sitting area in the main building and also an breakfast room..Simply breakfast. In the summer it would be very nice sitting outside in the gardens. .It is in walking distance from restaurants and shops."

"The property was extremely dirty and with bugs all over the room. I was quite upset and wanted to cancelled the reservation and they refused. I ended up losing 700 dollars but was the price to pay to move to a clean and decent place. They should apologize and return the money. Terrible. That place should not be called a hotel..."

"El personal muy amable, y cálido, muy predispuesto a solucionar problemas (que en mi caso surgieron). El área de pileta y asadores, con los servicios para asar, cubiertos, heladeras, etc disponibles e incluidos en el costo, excelente. Me tocó día de mucho calor, y la habitación quedó algo cálida, para solo ventilador. Hubiera sido necesario aire acondicionado, o que se renovara el aire con el exterior, que a la noche estaba bien fresco. "
