"Absolutely not a 4-star hotel in terms of service (sometimes friendly, sometimes literally atrocious), breakfast quality (staff are kind but food quality is like at a hostel - the breads are all stale, like hard as a rock, and there is very little selection), and overall hotel condition (things are falling apart, eg our door had to be yanked open and shut, and throughout the hotel everything is old, paint is peeling, etc etc). The location is good but there are many other hotels in the area. Was really surprising. "

"The staff was helpful and amiable. The restaurant service acceptable Could not get WiFi for my computer in the room, had to go down to the reception to use it. The bathroom is poorly designed; No bathtub, and the shower water spills all over the floor. No basket for the soap in the shower. Not a single hook to hang the used towels or any other thing"
