Pet fees were exorbitant. $50 per pet to "register" them and then a fee for them to stay. Seriously? The clientele were noisy at 1 AM until 3 AM! Traffic nose was loud.

I liked that the staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. I did not like that it was advertised to have an airport shuttle and it does not. I also did not like the beds - very uncomfortable resulting in a poor night's sleep. I also did not like the traffic necessary to cross to get to a place to eat. I also did not like the choices for food within walking distance. Hotel looks much nicer from the outside than it turns out to be.

I was assigned a 4th floor room without cleaning with glass on the floor and without bed sheets, then I requested change and I was given a first floor room with the toilet with feces and a broken curtain so people from the parking lot could see me. My second floor neighbor had a rave party jumping on my roof at that point I decided to leave, I could sleep more comfortably in my car.

Very noisy freeway traffic. On a 2 day stay, left a day early and got a refund from their wonderful staff. If youre light sleeper stay elsewhere away from the interstate. But the hotel was spotless and staff were again, wonderful and accommodating.
