The complex features two lovely outdoor pools with waterfalls and spas (heated year-round), a 24-hour fitness center, covered picnic areas with gas grills, a sand volleyball court, a playground, and a clubhouse. It's also the perfect location for getting out and about - less than a mile from the Tom Fazio-designed Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club, one mile from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, and a short stroll from shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

There's an understated elegance to this condo, from the bright, open floor plan to the contemporary furnishings. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
