Enjoy breakfast in the beautiful, private courtyard with a fountain. Host a small gathering with friends or family. The two dining rooms will provide plenty of space to feed up to 14 guests. Or host an evening dinner in the courtyard under the stars. Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner during the most beautiful time of year in Tucson. Get away from the cold weather and relax under our sunny skies and perfect temperatures.
3 bed, 2 bathroom house with a classic, tasteful interior design. It's a home away from home. Comfortable, peaceful and safe house with a gated and lockable front entrance and two car garage. The 8ft high courtyard walls provide complete privacy from the outside neighborhood.

Super clean and above and beyond stocked!
The home is absolutely immaculate. Modern decor, stocked with everything and anything you might need at home! When we arrived, we were greeted by Wine and Cheese, creamer and endless supply of coffee bar and snack bar wants. Fran is a very thoughtful host, quick to reply, and very accommodating. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, bathrooms stocked with again everything from toothbrush to feminine hygiene products. There’s a play set out back for kids and a nice patio to rest and relax. Super quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Thank you so much! It has been truly an amazing stay! It has been a much needed getaway! I will definitely return here when we have another soccer tournament!! I have stayed at a lot of properties and this superseded any other.

Very comfortable home, stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a bit far from the campus- about 20 minutes- 30 with traffic and construction, but nice to experience another part of Tucson. Beautiful area!

A Gem
We have been staying at VRBO rentals for the past 15 years and this home exceeded our expectations. The host couple was very kind and went out of their way to welcome us. The home was very clean and beds were comfortable. We hope to one day return to Tucson and if we do we know where we want to stay. Great location too.

Immaculate well designed home
Al & Fran are the most thoughtful hosts. To our surprise we had a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers, and fresh cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The home is adorable. Every little nook has something fun to look at. The care and detail with anything and everything you could need was well thought out. Crisp clean white towels, plenty of toiletries in case you forgot something at home. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and plenty of blankets. The kitchen completely stocked, coffee, sugar, seasonings, ziplocs, hot sauce, all the essentials! We rent at least 8-10 VRBO’s a year and have never come across the nice gestures Al & Fran have done to make you feel right at home. We were quite stressed due to a funeral we had traveled for and were grateful our accommodations were seamlessly easy.

Roomy large ranch house
Wonderful large spacious home with room for a large group. Kitchen is fresh and pantry has anything you could wish for to cook for a small or a large family. Plenty of seating in kitchen and more in dining room. Sadly in February it was a bit chilly for us to sit outside in lovely front courtyard or sprawling back patio but sunrise on snow covered hills next morning was a real treat !

We wouldn’t hesitate to book this rental again if our family comes back to Tucson. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked with extra toiletry items and anything you might need to use in the kitchen. We were delighted to find a couple of breakfast items and even a bottle of wine on our arrival. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and for accommodating us in your lovely home. Great Tucson stay
The house is very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The hosts have provided many thoughtful amenities (including the fresh oranges from the backyard tree!). If we plan another trip back to the Tucson area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Amazing home & amenities!!
I can confidently say this place knocked our socks off! The hosts were so sweet and had so many amenities waiting for us (sparkling water, coffee, wine, fresh picked oranges from the tree). The house was super cute, super clean, and really well stocked with more cooking items than I have in my actual house. My kids loved the swings and play structure. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will be coming back for sure.

Christmas away from home
We had a wonderful stay at this home while heading down to AZ from MN to visit my son’s for Christmas. We stayed two nights at this beautiful Tuscan home. I would have to say, I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one takes first place in the best bedding, furnishings, and accommodations. The owners have thought of everything you may have forgotten. Wonderful stay!
