You are close to the i10 to get where you need to go quickly but but still have the quiet of the neighborhood.

There is a $500 temporary hold assessed 2 days prior to checkout and will be automatically released after 10 calendar days as long as no damages to the property are incurred. At that time damages/replacement costs will appear as a charge and the remainder if applicable will be released.
The keypad is on the front door. Prior to entering code numbers will illuminate. Select those first then enter code. You have access to 2 spots in the garage and 2 driveway spots. The remote is on the kitchen island. Please leave it there at checkout for the next guest. You will receive your access code via your app or email with a confirmed reservation.
As a host I am available as needed please feel free to text for immediate access or call in an emergency. Do not interact with neighbors, HOA, or others regarding the stay.
Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.
Walking paths and park nearby, there are sidewalks. One of the two pools is less than a 3 minute walk away. There is also access to pickleball as well. Address for other pool will be provided as requested. It is a quiet neighborhood. This is NOT a RV friendly neighborhood, there is local parking for the RV at a storage yard nearby. Please inquire if needed.
Most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.
Leave beds unmade and place towels in washing machine or laundry room floor with door open.
House must be broom swept, dishes placed in dishwasher and turned on and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pail(s). Pickup is Tuesday early morning. Please have out at street Monday evening. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.
Do not block a fire hydrant or driveway during your stay if you park in the street. No commercial vehicles or RVs allowed.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.
Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings)
Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)
Replace pool key on kitchen island or by front door hook along with garage remote prior to check out. There will be a fee assessed if either of these go missing.
Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are shut and locked at checkout.
Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.
