What a find! This 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in Northwest Tucson/Marana and features 2 heated community pools and splash pad open from March to December! It is located just off the I-10 in the Continental Ranch Community and is less than 2 miles from Tucson Premium Outlet and much more! This home has a comfy living room to relax after a long day, plenty of seating for dining and game night with family and friends. There are kid friendly books and games for all ages to use! The home comes equipped with a baby booster seat and pack and play for the little ones.
Dine outdoors on the patio, drink a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the Tucson mountains and Sanctuary Cove in the backyard, turn on the firepit on chilly nights and utilize the grill for outdoor cooking and enjoyment. This home prides itself on appealing to all ages and families as it's sure to have something for everyone! Again, a Super Sized living room for the family. The great room concept kitchen and has everything you need for a perfect meal at home or prep for a BBQ outdoors, a breakfast bar and eat in kitchen. Also there is more formal dining for 6. The Master boasts a luxurious King Bed, TV and ensuite spa like bath and walk in closet. Bedroom two can be made up as a king, or comes with two twin beds and bedroom 3 is a perfect space to retreat with a day bed which is also two twin beds as it is a trundle bed. Super fast wifi, streaming cable, a two car garage and inside laundry are all also featured.

The Continental Ranch community offers much fun in the sun with a shaded children's pool, Lap pool and Splashpad for families of all ages. Guests will have access to the community center to host small events. Nearby are Baseball, Football, and Soccer fields, walking trails and playgrounds for all to enjoy!

This home is less than a 20 minute drive to all that Tucson has to offer. It is 20 minutes from the Tucson International Airport, 1.5 hours from Phoenix Sky Harbor, 20 minutes to Downtown Tucson, Historic 4th Avenue and University of Arizona. The community is located off I-10 which makes getting around that much easier!

Great house right on the Bike Loop

Clean place, nice shaded back yard, great neighborhood. We enjoyed how the master suite was set off from the rest of the bedrooms. Short drive to a nice Safeway. Great walking neighborhood. Nice to have the garage for a bit of extra landing room!

We stayed over the holidays. Property was great and stocked with everything we needed. Great friendly neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed during our stay. We had a slight issue with the heater and despite it being Christmas Eve, the property manager was immediately responsive and found some one to come out and address it. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my crew had a wonderful experience staying here. We travel the county as government contractors and we use vrbo all the time and I can say this place would be in the top 3 we have stayed at, the house and neighborhood was great and quiet place. Places to eat and shop down the next exit and away from all traffic in tucson.

SPRING GETAWAY

Travel for 2 couples in our 60s. Nice set up for house, friendly neighborhood that was safe and comfortablefor daily walks. Pool (heated) and spa within walking distance and very quiet for early morning exercise. We found so many places within a quick drive to visit and learn about the Sonoran area. Easy check in and out, management was quick to respond and helpful. We would stay with them again.

Best house ever!

We would give it way more than 5 stars if we could. The house was extremely well stocked, the owners thought of everything and then some. Really appreciated all the extras. The agency was very responsive and accommodating...very good at communicating. We've rented homes for several years in lots of states, and this was by far the best all around rental.

What an awesome home!

We were here for a family reunion and just LOVED this place.there were games for the kids, plenty of extra space to move around, lots of supplies. This home was well pointed and all we needed to bring was our bags! We had family come over for breakfast and there was plenty of seats for the adults and a separate area for the kids to sit. The backyard has a great view of the mountains. This home is less than 5 minutes from the Tucson premium outlet so it made shopping a breeze! We would stay here any time we come to tucson

Nice home. Nice floor plan. Great back yard. Kitchen needs items, like mixing & microwaveable bowls, veggie peeler & grater. 8 plates & utensils aren't enough. BBQ tank was empty. No reply from management for a refill.

Tucson to visit family

This property servers our purpose of visiting family well. We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The furnishings were adequate although the dining room chairs seemed a little unstable. The kitchen was minimally stocked, it would have been nice to have additional drinking glasses and serving dishes. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, which we did use. The neighborhood was quiet with a walking trail on the East side of it that was very nice. Grocery stores and other amenities were close as well as the freeway. We would stay again.

Loved the house and the neighborhood

I was excited to see this new listing in Marana; there are few rentals in the northwest part of Tucson. We have been coming to visit family for 5-6 years and have rented in many areas. This was an extremely quiet neighborhood, just minutes off I-10 and just minutes from the beautiful Desert Museum. The price was right, the location was perfect, and we got a good taste of retirement living in Tucson. Communication about the property was prompt and helpful. When I had some questions, the response was more than helpful. The rental agent knew we were exploring properties to buy. A couple suggestions and a realtor referral resulted in us finding our new vacation home. I'd gladly recommend this property.

Amazing Home with Amazing Amenities

This home is well stocked with everything your family would need to stay here! and it smelled so fresh and clean! There are two pools within 2 minutes that also have a splash pad and a kiddie pool, the pool is open March-Oct and was actually fairly empty so we got to enjoy TONS of pool time without it being overcrowded. the home is so nicely appointed throughout, for little babies, the home has a pack and play and booster seat, SO many family games and puzzles and even grilling tools! We enjoyed watching the sunset in the backyard and the mountain views are amazing! we cannot wait to take our family of four back to enjoy this lovely home in this quiet neighborhood at Continental Ranch! p.s. the welcome baskets were a nice touch for families getting in late and needing quick snacks and supplies!
