Serene Getaway with Mountain Views and Private Salt Pool


The whole group will love this spacious and unique space. This location is the perfect place to call "home" for your trip to Tucson. Located near some of Tucson's most popular trailheads, as well as hidden gems. This home is stocked with amenities; Private Heated Pool (with fee)-Fire Table-Outdoor Grill-Private Basketball Court-Fireplace- "Casa de Naranja" is a "must stay" home.

Casa de Naranja is a tastefully remodeled 2,750 square foot home with four bedrooms: (1) King bed; (2) Full bed; (3) Full bed; (4) 2 Twin beds. The sixth bed is a pull out Queen in the recreation room. Extra pillows, comforter, and linens are in the hallway closets. Please see the floor plan in the photos for layout.

The house has a wonderful backyard with a direct view into Mt. Lemmon. You will enjoy the outdoor dining, private heated pool, private basketball court, and natural gas 5 burner grill. There is a cozy Ramada with fire table to enjoy the view of the mountains in the shade.

Property has exceptional high speed internet with wifi pod to extend throughout the entire home and into the backyard.

There are TVs in the master bedroom (55"), recreation room (55"), bedroom 1 (43"), bedroom 2 (43"). The TVs are Roku streaming only.

Board games are located in the recreation room along with a foosball table.

POOL HEAT FEE:
The relaxing salt pool can be heated at 83 degrees fall-spring with prepayment of $40/night or $250/week. Pool heat must be requested for the entirety of stay and at least three days in advance of arrival. Typically the pool heat is required for swimming mid October-May.

QUIET HOURS:
Please adhere to the 10pm to 7am quiet hour policy. Bel Air Ranch Estates is one of the premier neighborhoods in Tucson, and is also very quiet. We love our neighbors and just ask for you to be respectful during the posted quiet hours. Any violation of quiet hours may forfeit your stay with no refund.

The perfect place for a family stay

Excellent place, don’t even look for anything else.
We stayed here for a whole week. The house is perfect, clean, nice, comfortable, pool is great and clean, bbq is natural gas and works great, Viking kitchen range is top notch, all utensils are in excellent condition. I have rented many VRBO’s over the years and all across the US and this is probably the best house I have stayed. Owner is great, friendly and very customer service oriented. Don’t even look for another house. This is it!

This beautiful home was clean, quiet, and convenient to a relative that lived 3 minutes away. It accommadated all 9 members of our family. It was spacious, had everything we needed for comfort. It felt like home. Everybody loved it. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home. The host was especially informative on its care and very kind to work with. We would all definitely recommend this home to anyone who visits Tucson.
