Perfect!
I wish our stay would have been longer than 2 nights! It is in a nice neighborhood and the home is well equipped with Kitchen necessities. It was also very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub! We would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the Sun
The property was as described in the listing. The pool & hot tub were great; clean, everything operational & private. We spent most of our time in the hot tub or the bike/hike trail that was right at the rear of the property! Bikes and pool toys were available for our use and plenty of room in the garage for our car. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great location next to El Rio reserve
Have stayed in this area before but the location of this house was superb - directly across from the El Rio reserve that is a birder's delight in the Spring. House was immaculate, quite neighborhood with no traffic noise yet fairly close to the freeway, contact with the manager very good. Only minor complaint was we had to pay for pool heating even though we didn't use it and it wasn't very clean anyway. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great and the owner took the time to make sure it was clean after high winds. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Views!
Nicely maintained home in wonderful location. Perfect for family hikes, bike rides, swimming, shopping (outlet stores nearby!). Well appointed kitchen -- we were able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. Dan and Holly were very kind and communicative. Cannot beat the sunrises and sunsets here!

Another great stay
This was our second time at this wonderfully located property. It is quiet, close to everything and very comfortable. The new bed in the primary bedroom is divine. The guest shower has the best water pressure. The hot tub works great and we liked having a fireplace. The owner Dan is very responsive. Truly recommend.

Awesome Property
We had a great time staying here. Communication with the owner was excellent. He was very responsive. The home was clean and well stocked and the pool was perfect. Location was great. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Tucson.

Just What We Needed
We wanted a break from winter and Tucson delivered. The location of this house was perfect. Super quiet and stocked with everything we needed. The spa and fireplace were a bonus. Definitely recommend this one.

Peaceful staycation.
The property is beautiful and well appointed. The neighborhood here is quiet. It is great for walking it it literally on the mountains in the area. The house has everything you need and also items needed to cook, but there are plenty of delivery options and places to go. We so enjoyed our time here. We will be back.

We couldn't have asked for a better property for our family. The house and pool were very clean. The location was a short drive from many stores and restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond to questions I had. The pool and spa were absolutely our favorite part of the house. We would definately stay at this location again if we are back in the area.

Perfection
Everything in this property has been thought over to make life of renters easy. Kitchen utensil's location is labeled, nothing is missing. Everything else is easy to find. The pool was wonderfully warm, the hot tub heats up very fast. The small preserve is within walking distance to enjoy in the morning before breakfast. Along the preserve is a walking and bicycle track that a ranger told us is 60 mile long. The two saguaro N.P are within 30 minutes drive, plus a lot of other exciting places to visit. Definitely the best place we have rented--and my wife and I have seen many since we are in our 80s.

Perfect week
We absolutely loved our stay at Dan's place! The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly. We spent MANY hours relaxing outside. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen supplied all the things we needed to make a few meals at the house. The location was ideal as well with many shopping and eating out options nearby. Great path right outside the house that we walked on several times. Also close to other hiking spots near Dove Mountain. Overall, a great stay. We hope to be back!

One of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in
My family has been staying in vacation homes for nearly a decade, and Dan's Tucson property is by far one of the best we've ever stayed in. The house is new and immaculate, and Dan has provided everything you need, down to the smallest detail. Pool is heated and amazing. Home is in a beautiful, super-quiet neighborhood that's also very convenient to the highway and stores. There's a lovely nature preserve that's literally in the back yard. Dan was fantastic to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!
