Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A perfect one-bedroom, one-bath suite where you can unwind. It is fully equipped with cookware, coffee, a smart TV, and a comfortable queen-size bed.

Perfect for a couple or a solo business trip. Mountain views all around the property.

Please note that this home has two listings: 1/4 of the home for this listing and 3/4 of the home for a separate listing. This unit has a private entrance.

Please note: This unit is an attached, private, sealed guest apartment within a home. The unit shares an interior wall, similar to adjoining rooms in a hotel. The door in between is deadbolt-locked from each side. There may be other guests at the property, and the backyard is shared. The driveway is for the guests in the main house. Guests in this apartment unit park on the street adjacent to the apartment and enter the property through the side gate.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.

What amazing place to stay
This residence was located in a new quiet neighbourhood with everything I needed for my extended long weekend in Tucson area. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchenette well equipped. The owners kept in touch to answer questions.
