The location was ideal for my purposes; it’s right by the Sunrise/Skyline axis. I love going to Tohono Chul, the Botanic Garden, and Sabino Canyon. Whole Foods is on the way. The Apple Store is nearby. The family I visit live in the area. It’s also close to the most direct route to the airport. I’m no longer up to hiking into the Santa Catalina Mountains, but several trailheads are a short drive away.
The unit is conveniently located close to the parking spot. It’s compact, with good separation between and bedroom and living room, (if two sleeping areas are needed). Everything works; w/d, stove, HVAC, dishwasher. The shower puzzled me at first; but I learned that the handle needs to rotate several times before the hot water comes on. The bathroom vent is strong, so there’s no fogging up. I don’t watch TV and it was too cool to swim, so I can’t comment on those assets.
The security measures are simple. I felt safe there
The development is quiet. It looks well managed. The few people I talked with were friendly.
I can recommend this unit without hesitation.
