"Great location!"

"Everything was great. Place is under remodeling process but the room we had was perfect with all the new changes."

"This property is great! Hotel is clean, chic, and inviting. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The tub calls to you to soak, relax and enjoy. Very walkable if you choose to get some steps in to the nearby restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only small complaints were the room was way too pretty to not have a nice view, it overlooked a rooftop that had sitting rusty water. And it would be nice if the room was stocked with some refreshments to choose from( even at...

"All good"

"Always enjoy my stay! Great hotel."

"The only thing that was misleading was the fact that we were booking a room at the Lodge and not the Hotel. However, the room at the Lodge was spacious & well appointed. The staff was exceedingly attentive & helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Tucson."

"Gutes Frühstück, Gute Lage."

"All good"

"Cute hotel with a great rooftop bar. Love the proximity to the University of Arizona. The staff were very helpful and kind. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but you can valet park. The only thing I would change is, I would make the rooftop bar a full kitchen with entrées or sandwiches or both- not just snacks."

"The pool was not heated as noted in the property description. The tile floors in the rooms were very dirty, a wipe with a white washcloth turned the washcloth black. The hot water was extremely hot, so use extreme caution when turning on the shower. Breakfast was not very good. Cold scrambled eggs, overcooked sausage. Cereal, muffins and other items made up for the eggs and sausage. Restaurant was also a big disappointment. Only a few items were offered. The bar was good."

"La habitación cumple en general pero si le faltaba más limpieza, había pelos en el baño"

"The pool & jacuzzi were closed. False advertising when booking. & during check in they only mention that there is construction WITH NO MENTION of the pool & spa being closed."

"Excellent room. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious."

"Good location, across from the mall and movie theater"
