Modern Executive Suite w/ kitchenette and laundry

This is a perfect modern suite to use for an extended visit with all of the modern necessities. This attached 1 bedroom executive suite has a separate entrance with a large dedicated yard space with fire-pit seating area and grill. A fully functional kitchenette and laundry room mean that you can extend your stay for as long as you would like. Luxury features include gigabit Wi-Fi, induction cook-top, television, laptop work station, and espresso machine. Please, no smoking or vaping of any kind while on the property. This is my personal place while I'm in town, so it will feel like home to you, too.

Perfect for a solo retreat
I had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Adrian was very responsive and helpful and it was exactly what I hoped for. I will definitely consider coming back if I’m ever in Tucson again!

A Tucson Gem
This is a comfortable property in a very quiet neighborhood that is well located to access any of the attractions in Tucson. It is especially suited for a couple. The host responded very promptly to any queries before we arrived and was very pleasant and helpful while we were there. We understand that the host is fairly new to VRBO so we would have a few minor suggestions to make the stay even better, but we have no hesitations in recommending this property.

This was a perfect stay for my short trip to Tucson for the Gem Show. All the conveniences are here from an espresso machine to laundry. The front room is bright and inviting, the bedroom gets nice and dark at night. The only thing I'd change is more pillows on the bed. I sleep with 3! Idaho Native

Quiet, Private and Modern
Modern, super clean and welcoming place. Air conditioning made it very comfortable. Soft sheets in the master bedroom and separate living area had very comfortable couch that made into a single bed with nice bedding. Enjoyed the natural light during the day and appreciated the privacy of the quality blinds in the evening. Cozy well stocked kitchen with cool retro mini fridge had everything we needed. Double sinks in bathroom and separate toilette room was an added bonus of space and privacy.Above all I appreciated the quiet and peacefulness of this well appointed accommodation. I would definitely stay here again!
