The room was dirty, smelled like sewage, microwave dirty did not work, water leak in toilet. Could not get receptionist. Moved out in three days after being charged for two weeks. This hotel should be condemned. Called Expedia but got run around just like a hotel. Both hotel and Expedia screw their customers..

We prepaid 3 nights, office was never open. Late checkin so they hid key under matt. No towels for 3 days, no blanket or bed spread just sheets. Rat poop, unplugged fishy fridge, room key only worked one day, maintenance man let us in riom 2nd night, would not re-key us, locked out 3rd day and night so had to get another hotel due to filled voicemail and no answer or response to texts, drugged people shouting on door steps - gratefully we never left belongings in the room or we would have not gotten them back. Worst place i have ever stayed.

I had a reservation and showed up a few minutes after 10pm. I tried to get someone to come to the night window for 30 min. while bums walked around, left and went to the restroom and tried for another 45min. Sat in the parking lot for 2 hours looking for another hotel, NOBODY ever came to the front. Several other guest were unable to check in as well. Terrible experience.

I was there for fun, thanks to my friend Tiffany she upgraded me to a senior executive room for nothing with towels & a private view. Good prices & always open for customers who have nowhere else to go even on the worst days. Great business thanks guys

Stay away from here.
The rooms are filthy. The one they gave us had no TV no shower curtain heater didn't work. Try to put us in another room and it smelled like cat piss. Found out that a lot of the rooms did not have TVs in them. Plus there are a lot of drug addicts running around the place.

I have looked through four different rooms and all were dirty. The first had blood on the walls and floors, the other one had water damage and a broken ac unit on the floor, the second to last room had meth being smoked, final one had bed bugs.

Brandy a manager at Minsk is very helpful,professional,humble&kind! She was great wit my wife&myself.Now a days CUSTOMER SERVICE isn't a priority but we as CUSTOMERS know that it's probably still the MOST IMPORTANT especially when lodging or dining.For the $ it's a nice place to stay.ALSO they are currently upgradung all rooms with all new furniture etc .
