Boasting an incredible location in the foothills and close to Loews Resort and many private hiking and biking trails, this well-appointed, family-friendly condo is the perfect home base for your next adventure! This retreat feels private, however, you will still have so many things to try nearby! The owner-supplied adult bikes and tennis racquets are perfect for the many bike trails nearby and the on-site community tennis courts. If you're not in the mood for exercise, you can always visit the community-heated outdoor pool or hot tub for a relaxing session.

This air-conditioned retreat offers a nice, screened-in porch with a couple of comfortable chairs, a ceiling fan, and an electric grill. Inside, the living area is full of natural light and is a great place to unwind after a long, fun-filled day. Stream your favorite series, movies, or documentaries on the Smart TV and get ready for a cozy and entertaining evening at home! The modern, eat-in kitchen has all the appliances needed to whip up tasty meals and snacks, and the convenience of having a four-person dining table. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath, access to a small laundry nook, and a convenient desk with a monitor and a printer.

We had two weddings to attend in the area and this was the perfect place as our base. If you’re looking for a place that is close to amenities this may not be a great fit but if you’re looking for a clean, quiet and spacious place - this is perfect.

Rare condo with no stairs in this lovely community
We wanted a first floor condo at this community and it was hard to find. No steps here, just one curb. The setting and amenities are not as nice as other condos at canyon view. We love staying at canyon view for its location and desert landscaping

Nice Condo
Two couples shared this condo for our stay in Tucson. We loved the location, plenty of walking and hiking opportunities. The condo is right across the street from the community pool, hot tub and tennis courts. We did not cook but it seemed pretty well stocked. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They were very responsive. Two bicycles are available to use but they needed air in the tires and there is none available close by so bring your own air pump.

Location is great; we’ve stayed in this condo complex before and it’s a favorite. Amenities such as pool and gas grill near pool are a plus. This unit appears to have been upgraded somewhat recently.

The stay at the condo was lovrly, the views are wonderful. There is a trail to the canyon in the next resort, the bikes or very useful for checking out the area. Communication was quick and even told us when one of the two pools would be closed. Because this is in the foothills, the nearest anything is pretty much at least 10 to 15 minutes and downtown Tucson is 30 minutes away so just be prepared. Our stay overall was the relaxation and that we wanted.

Ventana Canyon Views.
I enjoyed staying at Ventana Canyon Views. It was nicely furnished and just right for my granddaughter and I to use as a base for hiking. There was a little more driving to get to a coffee shop, restaurants etc than I expected. But it worked.

Catalina Foothills
This is an outstanding property. In the past we have always stayed at the Ventana Canyon resort and this property far exceeded those experiences. The condo was spotless, the amenities were great and, all in all what is represented in the listing is exactly what you get. My wife and I would highly recommend this if you are planning a trip to Tucson.
