This beautiful Town home is located right by the Tucson mall shopping and dining district and the scenic Rillito River Walk is right outside your front door.

The Kitchen features sleek black appliances, including a glass cooktop stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The light countertops are contrasted and elegantly against dark walnut cabinetry.

You can also enjoy the famous Tucson weather out on the colorful brick patio, just off of the kitchen, with patio seating for four. A perfect place for winding down al fresca style surrounded by native fauna.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs, along with an additional loft area where you will find a futon that folds into additional sleeping accomodations or can be used as a lovely reading area.

The master suite is quite large with a King Size bed and elegant easel-held full length mirror, seven drawer dresser, and additional armoire. Two matching nightstands on either side provide small lamps for ambient lighting options. The king size headboard is a lovely metalwork sculpture with a southwestern motif that works perfectly with the warm terra cotta orange accent wall.

The master bathroom features a walk in shower with glass door, double sink vanity with extended vanity niche, and huge walk in closet with custom built-ins and plenty of hanging space.

The guest bathroom features a shower tub condo with granite countertops and a large linen closet is right next to the guest bath with plenty of extra linens, including towels and bedding.

The first guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, nightstand with additional lighting, and a small desk for writing that also houses a computer flat screen for television. It is decorated in a cheerful light goldenrod, grey, and green color scheme.

The second guest bedroom features a trundle style bed with additional twin mattress that is easy to pull out for sleeping accommodations.
The room also features a small nightstand, bookcase, and smaller bookcase, which houses another flat screen television.
Both of the guest bedrooms have access to the upstairs balcony and veranda. The veranda has two lounge chairs where you can sit back and take in the mountain views of both the Rincon and Tucson mountains and city lights come night!

Community pool is unheated according to owner. No guarantee on pool heat.

House Rules
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
