PARKING: There are 1-2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the built-in shelves in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car and ensure that you are parked on 2nd Street to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7.
