Place had everything we needed. Owners were in contact with us and wanted everything to be perfect (and it was.) Bonus for us was seeing the Great horned owl on the property and the javelinas nearby.

Beautiful Vistoso Property
We had a great experience renting from Tom and Kathi. Their casita was beautifully decorated, in a great location for daily hikes and runs, nice pool and hot tub and beautiful mountain views. Oro Valley is a very clean and quiet location but close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely rent this place again.

This apartment is ideal for those of us who want a clean and quiet rental with close proximity to services. An added bonus? Mountain views from both bedrooms. I’d rent here again.

It was the first time we have stayed in this part of Tucson and was surprised at how much we liked the nature preserve adjoining the property. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished. Our granddaughters enjoyed the heated pool immensely.

Quiet Clean and Cozy!
Love this place because it was super convenient to Oro Vally and the interior looks like a model home. Seriously, super modern furniture, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, nice outdoor patio and parking right in front of the condo. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of walking opportunities and magnificent view of the Catalina mountains from the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again! So much better than staying at a hotel- it’s life being at home.

Return to Oro Valley
My wife, her mother, & I returned to Tucson for a visit. The condo is well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. Comfortable beds and the Catalina views were appreciated too. We enjoyed the pool, and long walks on the old golf paths behind the complex where we saw quail, roadrunners, deer and javalina. We look forward to our next visit!

Fabulous Host and Property!
Our stay in Tucson was the best ever! Our host was so kind, attentive and communicative to ensure the property was just perfect. The location was minutes from our event location, the neighborhood was quiet and well manicured, spacious to sit and relax, and entertain in this beautiful condo. Lots of light and super clean, which is so appreciated. The patio, grill and seating area really made our fellowshipping special! Thank you, Tom, so much and we look forward to visiting again next year!

Really Nice Condo with Mountain views
Great condo! We appreciated the communications with the owner. Really nice covered deck with grill; perfect place to enjoy the late afternoon. Large roomy condo; nicely furnished with a "farmhouse" vibe. Our unit was very good at maintaining inside temperature; the furnace/AC was hardly ever on. We liked the new flooring, which felt good underfoot.Bedrooms have a spectacular view of the mountains.

Home away from home
This place is even better than pictured or described. Owner communication is kind and considerate. They want to be sure their guests are settled and satisfied; a much better welcome than working through an agency. The quiet neighborhood, porch, pool and hot tub combined for a perfect place for us. Great Stay!
Wonderful stay at Thomas and Kathi's condo in Oro Valley. Everything was perfect. It’s comfortable, clean, quiet, with friendly neighbours, a lovely pool and hot tub. We BBQed burgers one night at the community barbeque and enjoyed the fire pit. The condo has everything you need for cooking and eating in (including salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder which came in handy for the burgers), lots of pots and pans and dishes. There are lots of restaurants nearby to dine out too. Thomas and Kathi were very responsive to any enquiries, though we have very few. Beds very comfortable. Balcony was used a lot including morning coffee and evening cocktails and dinner. Heard hooty the owl at night too! If you are looking for a place to stay in Oro Valley look no further! I would come back in a heartbeat.
