Details are everything. This condo spared no expense. With vaulted ceilings in the living room you won't feel boxed in like other condos or hotel rooms. Very light and bright condo with all the amenities nearby (restaurants, golf, hiking, sight seeing, shopping, and much more). Condo is so peaceful you will just want to relax or take a dip in the salt water pool. Maybe sit out on the deck and take in the Catalina Mountains as you sip on a glass of wine or a fresh cup of coffee. Take a nap in the quiet comfortable bedroom. Play some music or watch your favorite sports game on the 50" 4k TV. Or make a warm fire in the fireplace as you cuddle with your partner. Parking is a breeze as you get to park in a covered assigned parking spot just steps to the stairs to the condo. The Resort Style condo grounds makes it easy to choose your activity. Use the gym to work out, pool to relax or refresh (did I mention heated pool?), hot tub (2 in complex) to massage you, play tennis, use the club house, or walk the nearby trails, also outdoor gas barbecue stations throughout the complex for grilling. All of this in a gated community, the only thing missing is you.

Beautiful condo
Me and my boyfriend loved staying here. I use to live in Tucson on the East side and came back for a week to visit, and when I found this place I was so excited to be able to explore this side of town. The mountains are so close by, the pool was lovely and driving these roads I rarely got to use before was beautiful.

We enjoy staying at Randy’s property tucked in the foothills of Tucson. The condo is close to many of our family members, so it works well for our visits. We took a look at the pool area this visit and it is lovely.

Beautiful Desert Oasis
Randy and his condo were fantastic! We stayed for a wedding coming from the opposite side of the country and it was the best experience! So close to great restaurants and hiking trails we definitely recommend Sabino Canyon. We would definitely love to come back!!

Enjoyable Getaway!
Our stay at Ventana Vista was just what we needed! The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! It had everything we needed, it was spacious enough, nice balcony seating for your morning coffee with a view, and a covered parking spot. For us, it was in the perfect location, super close for a morning hike and not very far away from the many great things to explore around Tucson. Randy was easy to communicate with and helpful with answering my questions. The check in process was simple. A place we would definitely stay at again in the future!

Cozy and Relaxing getaway with all the amenities
The condo was super comfy, had a beautiful view from the balcony which we sat on every night. Relaxing decor and included so many extras to make our trip easy and convenient. We were able to cook and relax on our weekend in Tucson. Randy was easy to reach and the check in/out process was simple. The neighborhood was quite and we were only 20 min from Mt Lemmon which was awesome! I highly recommend this condo if you’ll be vacationing in Tucson anytime in the future! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place to Stay
This Condo was very nice, clean, well equipped with everything a person might need and perfect location. The Condo Complex was very quiet and the whole experience was very relaxing. Randy was great!! He gave us very detailed information regarding, codes to get into the complex and condo and everything else we might need to know. This was a great place to stay and we highly recommend it. We will keep this on our future list to stay again. Thanks Randy!!

Wonderful property
Condo was perfect for a pre-holiday get away. It was exactly what the pictures show. It was quiet and comfortable. The grounds are amazing. The pool is heated to the perfect temp for winter swimming and the hot tubs were great after hiking Sabino Canyon. Owner was quick to respond with questions that we had. If you’re lucky enough to find open dates, scoop this place up!!

A really nice Catalina Foothills Condo
We arrived easily with the owner's instructions for gate and front door key codes. The condo was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for a couple. All amenities worked well and the kitchen is well equipped and very easy to navigate. It has easy access to grocery and trails with stunning views of the Catalinas. There is a small, adequate weight room for those inclined, as well as a pool and hot tub. The balcony was a lovely spot for coffee and watching a hummingbird pair in their nest. The owner is easily contacted and very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to stay here again.

For the price it was fine. We were visiting friends in the area so did not stay much in our vrbo. There was a fireplace, but no wood or fireplace tools to use it. The TV was not working so a Sunday football game in front of the fire did not happen. The location was great for where we needed to be and the facilities were very nice. The price was a selling point.

The first night the AC went out. After 2 days of babysitting the AC repairmen, still not fixed. Owner did pay for 2 days at hotel while AC was out. Third day AC was fixed late in the day. AC repairmen left a total mess so could not stay there another night and had not cooled down. Owner agreed to refund 1/2 of my stay for one night in the place. Refunded almost 1/2 of daily rate, nothing else. Very disappointing start to my vacation.

Very nice near Sabino Canyon
Very nice ! Very well localed for Sabino Canyon. Nice Beer and wine garden very close! You can go by foot. The neighborhood is very quiet. Nice condo and well equiped.
