First let me say, the overall rating of a 4 had nothing to do with the actual condo we stayed in. The condo itself was great, just as listed and very quiet. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Rosanna was great to deal with. The only time we really needed to correspond with her was before the trip. No issues with the condo. What brought the overall rating down was the rest of the property. The pool was not heated, the hot tub was heated sporadically. The property association management needs to put a little TLC into the overall facility.

Great home base
A perfect central location to all the activities we had planned.....Saguaro NP, Pima Air Museum, Desert Museum and Zoo, Gaslight Theater and La Paloma GC. Many wonderful restaurants close by. The condo was very clean, cozy and great to come home to after long days out and about.

Home away from home
There were no exaggeration about this place, it is exactly how described and even better than expected. The place is very clean and cozy, well stocked. Close to shopping, close to Mt. Lemmon (recommend ski lift) and after a full day we enjoyed the pool. In the morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio, it’s a private little area. It’s just like home away from home.

Absolutely charming Bungalow!
We were here from CO for gymnastics camp-just my daughter and I. We cooked a lot in the house. I worked from there so the Wifi was great as well. Everything was suoer clean, easy to use, and very well maintained. Loved all the greenery and plants! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

CLEAN, centrally located property, nicely equipped with beautiful original art by the owner. The patio is a private haven. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks there. One note, the community pool is not heated- but the hot tub is. Enjoy!

Amazing Condo
This was probably the best VRBO rental I have experienced. The space was all we needed, it was spotless and well appointed. It was tucked into the back corner of the complex, so was quiet and private with a lovely covered patio. The location was great...near the Sabino Canyon and the drive up Mt. Lemmon; with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I will recommend this rental to all my friends and family.

Perfect for two!
Great location for accessing the city and national parks. The condo was well appointed and stocked with the essentials for a longer stay. The patio was warm and inviting with lots of plants and very private. The owner was very attentive and communicative. We would definitely recommend!

Rosanna's condo is beautifully appointed in a peaceful area. We found it so perfectly designed & comfortable that we extended our stay. Everything was thought of & of high quality from the comfort of couch & color pallet to the extras like plenty of blankets & soft close cabinets. Our stay was wonderful! Very clean condo. Host has thought of everything. We stayed 5 nights and it was a wonderful stay. Quiet and safe and the perfect location for exploring Tucson. The host, Rosanna, has put so much effort and thought into her property. At first I was a little skeptical that this place could have so many 5's but now I understand why. Memory foam, high quality bedding and down comforters. Turn down the heat and just enjoy! Thanks Rosanna for our best VRBO stay ever!

This property is an excellent choice for a quiet, clean comfortable stay in a nice area with restaurants and stores nearby. The newly renovated property has everything you could possibly need, and the location on the edge of the complex afforded privacy and was very quiet. We would definitely stay again!
