The front desk was very helpful & rooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms are extremely small for. 2 people. The linens were soils on bottom sheet side. Very convenient location & friendly staff.

Older property that will be undergoing renovations. Unfortunate issue affecting kitchen last several weeks but we were given vouchers for complimentary breakfasts from food truck which were ok. Majority of staff helpful and friendly but a couple of different ladies working nights either didn’t manage front desk (no one there for over 15 minutes) or didn’t write down our room number for cleaning service as we requested. One employee however was excellent I believe his name was Curtis.

We chose this property as the other similar hotel in the area had a breakfast offered, but this property advertised a full, cook to order breakfast on Expedia, and advertised a full breakfast on their own website being included with the price. The restaurant on site is not functional, so the hotel provided a food truck outside. However, instead of offering any kind of full breakfast they gave us a menu and told us we could purchase breakfast items from the food truck. When we addressed that it was advertised a full breakfast would be included in the charge of the room, they apologized, but didn’t care. We understand a kitchen could have problems, but we would never have chosen this hotel if they were honest at that they would not include any full breakfast, but would let us buy our own breakfast from a food truck outside. The honest thing to have done would have been providing a voucher or something for the food truck items, or to not falsely advertise that something is included in the price. I am surprised a large chain hotel would do business this way. Besides this, the overall facility is not clean, and seems rundown. Overall, I would recommend to never stay here. We switched hotels after that first day to the Comfort Inn. My recommendation for anyone would be to stay there instead. It is smaller, but very clean, the staff were very nice, and they provided an actual breakfast as they advertised.

While continental breakfast was advertised, the kitchen was “being remodeled” and options were very limited: toast, cereal, oatmeal and English muffins. Menu items were provided but a food truck parked outside the hotel. Housekeeping services available only with 24 hours notice.

it was a safe brightly lit property, but it was not easy to get to from Sauharita because of the location. you had to drive through another parking lot to get there. None of the gym equipment was working and they were working on updating the kitchen, so the breakfast was fruit, yogurt and toast. The rest of the facility is mostly maintained. The beds were very comfortable.
