Four day visit to Tucson
Everything about the house was perfect for a couple. It was beautifully furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen and a really comfortable bed. We loved the neighborhood, with bike rentals around the corner and an excellent cafe/market. Super host who communicated about everything.

Comfortable and spacious
The house is spacious and the furnishings are lovely and extremely comfortable. Since it was just two of us, we used the 2nd bedroom as an office space and additional closet for our two week stay. Parking out front was so convenient and the location is close to everything in the city and when exploring the surrounding areas. We used the kitchen and laundry throughout our stay and appreciated all the cooking utensils/pots/pans and supplies that were provided. The electric range, refrigerator, and microwave were great. Although the dishwasher, washer and dryer were all functional, they are in need of updating as they are old, a little rusty, and noisy.That would be our only suggestion, especially since with longer stays, these become important amenities. Mercedes was extremely helpful when suggesting a wonderful dental office when we had an emergency need. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this sweet bungalow.

Perfect Home, Perfect Hostess!
My husband and I stayed here with our adult son who requires the use of a wheelchair. When the front steps proved a bit daunting, the owner, Mercedes, quickly came over and unlocked the alley gate, allowing us to wheel him thru the back door that did not have steps. This home was more than comfortable for us and our son’s dog. We will be back!

Great place and location!
The house was really nice. Clean and comfortable. Was well-supplied with everything we needed. Friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will stay here again if we are back in Tucson.

Great place for a family
My family of 3 really appreciated this home. It fit us perfectly. House was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed, simple things like k-cups, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, were all there! We had a great time. We even got a small Christmas tree around the corner at the Ace Hardware and shopped at Time Market for the essential wines, cheeses and truffles. Highly recommended

Fantastic location and sweet house!
We really liked this house. It was perfect for our month long stay with our two cats. The location is awesome - walking distance to the historic 4th Avenue shops and restaurants. (We found the food at the cooperative there to be amazing!) Also near the university and the downtown. But it’s also in an established neighborhood with very friendly and kind neighbors. It was a great home away from home. We also liked that the house has plenty of space with a spare bedroom at the back, a patio and a front porch. And all of the appliances and utensils needed for an easy home stay were provided. And on top of that, it was very sweetly furnished and decorated.

Wonderful well supplied Home in Super Location
Mercedes hosts a wonderful property in a superb downtown/university Tucson location with easy access to the tramway. The home is better outfitted with thoughtful details such as an incrediby well furnished kitchen, great linens, and marvellously arranged computer and usb friendly adapters than any property we have ever rented. We stayed for one month. She responded immediately to any inquiry or little issue we had. She did her very best to make it a fragrance free environment and provided us with excellent unscented cleaning options. She even had Cetaphil body wash available in the bath. We will definitely return for any stay in Tucson and strongly recommend this VRBO option.
