-For your convenience, we provide salt, sugar, pepper, oil, etc. Plus, enjoy spacious countertops and for ample prep space.

Guests have full access to the entire property and yard. We kindly ask that you maintain a respectful distance from our neighbor's property/empty lots and refrain from getting too close.

SMOKING:
Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the home. If you smoke outdoors, we do ask that all ash/debris is cleaned and disposed of properly.
SAFETY:
By booking this property, guests agree that using this property, house, and contents is strictly at the guests' own risk. Guests agrees to hold harmless the property owner and will not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injuries, or claims by the Guests.

PETS:
-We will consider 1 pet but they must be pre-approved, meet our insurance guidelines, and there is an additional fee of $75.

While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly.
