"I thought the interior design would be interesting - I like to stay in boutique hotels that are different. But this was just boring! Not much else to merit it, although staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300! And must be actually paid, not pre-approved. Arrive 11:30pm, Myself, my wife, 2 children under 10, room booked accordingly. Told they are NOT a hotel, but serviced apartments, we are expected to sign a "lease" and pay 1 month deposit, which we get back 3 WEEKS after check out!!! Ridiculous! Argue for an hour,...
