"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. "Fantastic stay. We received an upgraded room upon arrival which was a really great start to our trip. The private pool at our room was secluded and lovely. The rooms are modern and have everything you needed. The gym was not the biggest but had everything you would need to train. The pools are all very nice and very clean and the food in the restaurant and at breakfast was absolutely fantastic everytime we ate there. We would definitely recommend this place"
