"This is the first time we have been on holiday to Bulgaria. The apartment is 50 metres from, and looks out on to, the Black Sea. The apartment is new and well designed. "Worse place to stay ever. Since the moment you walk in it stinks like a public bathroom. The lobby is outdated. Please do Not trust the enhanced pictures shown there! It looks like if you are back in the 60s. The beds are super uncomfortable at a level like if you are sleeping on a piece of brick with a sheet on it. The AC is totally useless. "Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement. Dans la cuisine de l'appartement il n'est pas possible de cuisiné il y a juste un micro onde, il y a très peu de vaisselle. La literie est bonne, et la terrasse est juste magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais le café de la machine est vraiment mauvais, il faudrait changer de fournisseur."

"We (4 adults + 1 child) loved our stay in Lussvelika. Andrew and Lorraine did everything to make our stay comfortable. The house is very well equipped and spacious. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc. are just at some minutes driving. There is a very nice terrace with a big table and even a rooftop (which we did not use due to the heat). The only regret is that we only stayed one week, we definitely recommend this place."
