"This was probably the best experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were greeted by Peter who is a top notch receptionist. He sat with my husband and I for 30 minutes giving us all of the local recommendations and highlighting 3 different maps. The place was warm and cozy, they offered a breakfast basket to be delivered to your room and it was in a great location!"

"Checked out today of this wonderfully located hotel. A helpfully extended checkout (at a reasonable 30Euros allowing us to stay in room until 2pm). We have stayed 3 nights - in a spacious and comfortable room overlooking lake. The staff have been attentive and helpful in an unobtrusive way. Food is excellent both breakfast & dinner. We enjoyed walking around the lake and taking the bus out for trips to Lake Bohinj and Ljubljana - so cheap 1,30 Euros each per journey! Do not miss the castle - a steep walk up but worth it. Go at sunset - truly beautiful."

"Staff service was friendly, helpful and accomodating, including recommendation to restaurants were on-point. Gym facility was top-notch, facility for laundry and ironing clothes were available for use. Room was unique in design, while there's no door/screen between the bathroom and the room, it doesnt create a misty or a stuffy room while you have an air cond, and vent to help with that. Breakfast was good and filling, would be nice rather than two options of eggs (with or without bacon) to have an omellete option (apart from fried or scrambled). Literally next to some good eatery places (Pizza Napolis for example), a supermarket (Lidil) and shopping mall (Aleja) just literally a walk away. While the city centre is under 40mins on a straight road. "

"The entire facility has been updated and remodeled. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location is great for old town Klagenfurt sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet offering was robust and the fact that it was offered on the fifth floor with large windows overlooking Klagenfurt made it all the more enjoyable. Finally, being able to enjoy a sunset on the rooftop terrace was a great way to end the day."
