"It's a older property the the comforters had cigarette Burns in them they claim to be no smoking but you could definitely smell the smoke mainly pot there was dogs barking at the doors as we walk down the hall probably won't stay there again but all in all it wasn't terrible if you're looking for a cheap room no bed bugs and don't mind a little pot smell and dogs barking but the dogs quieted down by about 8:00 I will give them that but all in all I didn't feel like I wasted my money I just think...

"Room was nice even though hotel is dated. Hotel has private mineral baths that are free. You can also pay extra for upgraded mineral baths and open air mineral bath on roof. We paid extra for mineral bath on roof and enjoyed looking at the stars. Hotel clerk was extremely helpful. "

"Showed up late and last minute and still got the best service at Rio Grande Motel. The owner Sarah was very responsive to my messages and had my room ready for me even when I showed up after midnight. Clean and cozy and dog friendly. Very kind and professional, you can tell they care about making you comfortable here! Definitely recommend this place. "
