Kitchen & utilities:  Electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Air fryer, Lavazza coffee machine and washing machine

Outside: Covered decked area leading to an enclosed, lawned garden with seating and charcoal kettle barbecue.
Parking: Private parking for two cars.
