Everyone had a huge smile on their face the whole time, really feels like you're staying with a special family. Everything is decorated beautifully, looks incredible and spotlessly clean. Food was delicious and the chefs put in a lot of effort making everything taste and look amazing and were great at accommodating any requests. Location perfect really short car trip into Sapa town but views of the mountains and local walks meant we stayed nearby mostly. Staff gave really good recommendations for trips highly recommend the spa it was Outstanding. "
