"Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home."

"We had a brilliant 3 night stay at this property which is in a lovely setting just outside Axminster. The layout is perfect with comfortable & quality furnishings throughout. "It was a little hard to find, as entry is easy to miss and I wasn't sure which of the cabins it was. But once I got there it was worth the effort: a very nice shepherd's hut, with good facilities and the view was wonderful even in early spring, the only nearby neighbours are the pheasants and deer.Bad: Drive down (or especially back up) is very steep on gravel track so took some practice to get up.
