"The hotel and the staff were very friendly, unfortunately the room we were assigned seems like it might have been the worst room in the hotel. We were above the entry to the hotel and there was a very bright light outside all night long as well as constantly hearing everyone who came and went. Also, our room didn't have any outside seating which most of them did or any real view of the beautiful greenspace within the hotel. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. "I stayed here with my husband for a quick one night stay before heading to Puerto Malabrigo. The breakfast in the room was a very nice touch! it's about 5 blocks or so from Plaza de Armas but I really liked how they had a private area for us to park our rental car. I would definitely stay here again, friendly people at the hotel and easy check in!"
