"Perfect property for a beach break, well maintained, clean and just a short walk from beach, bar, grocery store and restaurant. "

"We used this place for one night before flying back from Olbia. It’s not a hotel and has more of a hostel vibe. It’s a large house in an estate with two communal areas (one with a kitchen and shared fridge). As it’s pretty much a house, when guests woke up at 5am, we could hear EVERYTHING. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible place just don’t expect a hotel experience. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. "Der Pool war völlig verdreckt und konnte für den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht genutzt werden. WLAN gab es erst am Tag 6 von 7, da wurde uns dann ein Router gebracht. Es gibt gerade mal 6 Wassergläser, keine Weingläser, im Schlafzimmer waren die Glühbirnen defekt. Der Grillkamin war einsturzgefährdet und mit vollen Mülltüten zugestellt. "Positives were late check in, nice kitchen, owner tried to be helpful. Negatives were drive going into it was washed out and like a two track, hard to find, dangerous driveway exiting, poor bed (sags into middle), chemical order on sheets and they were stained."

"The property was nothing like the photos, all the photos shown has a kitchen, which is why I chose this property, but no kitchen on arrival. Beds were uncomfortable and bathroom was out dated. "

"Daniela was very attentive, always responding quickly in person or on WhatsApp. She also gave us great tips for restaurants and getting to the beaches. The room was very nice and romantic, and there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby leading to the centro. Be sure to check out "Mere" restaurant (reservation recommended), the food there is amazing!! Also we liked the cafe directly across the street for breakfast."

They sent us information how to get there and Enrico was waiting for us at the guest house when we arrived. The room was extremely clean, tidy, very well equipped. "Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...
