Winter Availability! Unique Ski-In/Ski Out Condo with WiFi, located in the Village at Northstar

This recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a queen bed in one room, and a double bed in the other. The living room features a gas fireplace and comfy leather sofa where you can relax after a great day on the slopes or trails. Guests can also step out onto the private deck to enjoy gorgeous surrounding scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped and wireless internet access is provided.

*Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning.

Conveniently located in the Village at Northstar, guests are just steps away from all the exquisite shops, restaurants and activities the Village has to offer, including exclusive ski-in, ski-out privileges during the ski season. The condo is also only a few miles from the beautiful Lake Tahoe where you can find boating, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, and shopping.

A community laundry room is located on the 3rd floor. There is one designated parking place for this condo.

Great location and rec center is fabulous. Beds are comfy and lots of toiletries and kitchen basics. A bigger whole house fan would be great bc the loft stays really warm in summer despite fans on and window open

Great Place to Stay at Northstar
Easy in and out for skiing, only a very short walk to gondola. Clean, perfect for a small family. Would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time here during thanksgiving. Quick access to shops in the village, and a quick drive to Truckee and the Lake! Would definitely stay again.

Clean and Convenient
The condo is in a great location and was as described in the listing. The only con is that the walls are paper thin, and we had very loud neighbors, but otherwise everything was great!

Great Timber Creek Unit
Our family of four enjoyed our 4-day visit. The unit was clean and came with everything we needed for our little skiing adventure. Timber Creek is the oldest building in the village so some of the shared facilities will require patience (i.e., the elevator) but the unit itself has been recently remodeled and was comfortable. There is a large seating area downstairs and the loft is split into two cozy bedrooms. Thank you!

Cool place to visit.
This is a great location. We stayed with another couple. The rooms upstairs are ok. The curtain that shuts the loft off is weird. One room is really small. Over all I would rent it again!

Great Location
For us this place was perfect. We were lucky enough to have nights that dipped into the 40’s. Between the ceiling fans and 3 extra fans that the property management brought in the sleeping space was cooled down enough to sleep comfortably. Don’t cook spaghetti for dinner in the summertime though. We would stay here again.

Just what we needed
Perfect location in Northstar - right across from Provisions and a short walk to the Gondola. We'd stay again! Note that bedrooms are in the loft space - the "wall" is open on one side with a blackout curtain to block light. Sound, however, will carry.

Location good Parking good Bathrooms basic Walls between condo - not so good - you will clearly hear the neighbors Village only has 3 restaurants- Mexican food, pizza place & Petras - Petra’s is good but menu limited Lift tickets - $225/day Ski rentals - $100/day Nice place to visit but overall very expensive

Perfect location! Great condo!
This condo worked out great for our family of 4. Just steps from the gondola and directly across the way from Copper Lane which has all grocery and other essentials. We stayed here for a full week over Xmas and loved it. The property manager responded within minutes and was incredibly helpful finding us another place to stay nearby after we got snowed in and all of the roads were closed. Really don't know what we would have done without their help! We'll definitely be booking this condo again!

Great place to stay for a family ski week
Location and space was great for our family of four. The soundproofing (or lack thereof) does leave a little to be desired, but other than that a great space to enjoy a family ski week. Suggestion: Fix/replace the dining table chairs. Several of the seats are separated from the chair bases and one of our kids pinched their finger between the disconnected pieces.

Great getaway
Loved the updates made to this property. Of course, we wish the 2nd bedroom was bigger, and we stayed during a heatwave so upstairs was pretty hot, but I know that is Mother Nature for you. We loved being in the village. Northstar, on the whole, seemed so much more in tune with Covid-19 safety precautions than anywhere at the Lake. We ended up spending most of our time hiking around the property in order to stay away from the masses at the Lake!
