If you are planning a skiing trip, this home is ideal, with multiple ski resorts just a short drive away. For a family-friendly option, visit Donner Ranch Resort or Soda Springs Mountain Resort. Looking for advanced terrain? Sugar Bowl Resort, just 6 miles away, is perfect for you. Or, enjoy night skiing at Boreal Mountain Resort, the only resort in Tahoe offering this unique experience. In the summertime, explore one of the many hiking trails, such as Summit Castle Peak or Andesite Peak. For swimming or water recreation, head over to the community beach located only a half mile from the home. Guests will also have access to a community beach located just a half mile from the home! The home has 3 ski resorts less than 10 miles away, so you can quickly be on the slopes. For those looking for a bit more city life, both Tahoe City and Kings Beach are a 35-minute drive away.
