"The only positives are perhaps relative low price for area, shops and restaurant nearby and heating was ok (it was -10 outside). Kind owners and probably lacking hands too (or motivation). Otherwise expect razor thin walls, cardboard doors with zero insulation, cheap everything, beg for toilet paper every day (in polish, no english), too little parking for the amount of guests. "This hotel is friendly and cheap, few English speaking locals. Towels changed only every 3-4 days, room not cleaned at all during our stay. Evening meals good but basic and food only served between 5-7pm. Hotel can be noisy with other guests slamming doors. "

Great People, Meh Stay

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but it isn’t a hot tub so be prepared for colder than bath water. The service and the people are amazing. Some tightening up would bring this place back to life. "

"Lovely apartment (book top floor if you can). Nice views to the mountains. Really efficient and stylish design. Quiet but very close to the Main Street. Free underground parking. Loved this stay and would stay again "
