"My husband and I had a great time staying here for a long weekend. The amenities of the cabin were forefront for us, and we really enjoyed having convenient options for and access to the waterfront. We especially liked being able to use the resident kayaks, paddle boat, and floating raft."

"We had a great time! We loved all the amenities Innsbrook has to offer-the pool, the clubhouse restaurant, sugarfire, ice cream shop and then the house is loaded with fun water toys. The jacuzzi was awesome and the pontoon boat was fun around the small lake. Cheers!"

"We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed! We took full advantage of the hot tub, deck, and water toys! The dishwasher might need servicing, as our dishes were not fully clean after running a load. It also might be nice to have a small air pump on the property to blow up water floaties. "

"This was a great spot to spend quality time with family. My siblings and our partners stayed in this house and my mom and grandparents down the road. I'm not sure I would want 14 people to sleep under one roof but it was so nice to be able to host everyone for a dinner. Hot tub was a nice surprise!"

"To begin with, Mark was an ideal host and was continuously responsive leading up to and during our stay. The house was immaculate and was even better than it pictured! We really enjoyed the fireplace and our 2 year old loved the community playground. The restaurant at the clubhouse was also a great feature. Plan on bringing your own shampoo and cooking oils (plenty of pots/pans/plates/utensils) and have a great time!"

"Clean. Location was convenient and I loved walking the dog around the lake. First floor bedroom was lovely with 3 sides of windows and view of the trees and lake. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! We had two issues. The size of the shower was tiny. The other thing was there was a golf cart (which we were not allowed to use) that was parked right at the apex of the circle drive creating a choke point. We were glad we didn’t have a large vehicle. That really would have been a problem."

"Location allowed us to walk downtown to Hechler Hardware, coffee shops, and short drive to Cuivre River State Park which has a remnant prairie trail, camping, and multiple trails ranging in length and difficulty. Brenda was very responsive when getting back to me about questions. Check-in and check-out so easy. She has provided ample bath towels and wash cloths and even thought of extension cords which we needed for my husband's C-pap machine. Troy has a relaxed pace and very friendly,...
