Magnificent view from "The Perchoir"

From this loft style apartment, located Rue de L'Eglise, you will see everything Trouville and the beach of Deauville, without any opposite you can admire with our binoculars left on the spot the boats and freighters. From its small terrace, ideal for a romantic aperitif, you admire the marina of Deauville, The Casino, the coastline. Located 300 meters from the Fish Market, 700 meters from the train station, 100 meters from the bus stop (direction Honfleur) close to all shops.
Housing
The apartment is located on the top floor, under the roofs, it is accessed by a private staircase, it enjoys a triple exposure with magnificent views from each opening. An independent bedroom and a bed in the living room. Shops, restaurants, the market every Wednesday and Sunday morning. Deauville market on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays morning. The casino and the beach are 700 meters away, as is the SNCF train station.
Sheets, towels and necessities are provided. There is no washing machine or dishwasher (it will be provided in the year 2019) The terrace is oriented SOUTH WEST and enjoys maximum sunshine.

Sleeping with the birds
We enjoyed this charming and comfortable apartment in the clouds. There were beautiful views from the windows and the apartment was roomy and comfortable. Almost uniquely in my experience, there was a comfy sofa and dining chairs. As larger Americans we often find ourselves perched on small chairs and sharing a futon. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (or fourth floor if counting US style). The breezes kept us very cool and comfy on warm July days. The only downsides were the three sets of stairs after climbing a hill, as we are in our 70’s. But we are active retirees and actually managed very well. Philippe spoke excellent English and promptly answered any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Trouville sur Mer.

Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir cet appartement coquet, très bien situé , près des restaurants, du marché, des commerces et à un quart d’heure à pied de la gare .La petite terrasse avec sa vue superbe est très appréciable et les relations avec le propriétaire sont très bonnes .
