"The staff was extremely helpful. Due to our flight schedule we arrived 6 hours prior to check-in. Once a room became available that morning after a guest checked out, they got it cleaned immediately and got us in several hours before our actual check in. We were extremely grateful for their kindness. "

"Excellent hotel. Disappointed that there was no notice that the pool was being fixed. They offered free entry to a water park instead but we didn’t have time to use it. Just really wanted the pool. But otherwise faultless. Amazing breakfast included. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens to enjoy. Great location."

"Manager, Walter, goes out of his way to make guests feel at home and comfortable. Property is attractive, quiet, restful. Rooms large and comfortable. Nice pool, though not heated in winter, still refreshing. No restaurant on property, but good restaurants available a short taxi-ride away, or food can be sent in. About a 13-block walk from center (pleasant) or 15 boliviano taxi ride($2.10 US)."
