"Recommend it for location. Room had everything we needed. Shame there was so buffet brekkie option, but just a cafe at reception. Id add a kettle in the room but all the rest was fine! Great to stay in the city and walk to restaurants. "

"I'm a single woman with a 10 year old son and we had a wonderful time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy, the room was lovely and warm. "Location is nice and convinient. Our room was nice and clean. Didn’t have soap in the shower but we found a housekeeping lady who replaced it. Breakfast was quite nice with lots of options! We didn’t get to try the evening meal because we were out. I had to do laundry and it is VERY EXPENSIVE at about $20 a kg!!! This is the only thing I really didn’t like about the hotel. No other options around town so plan accordingly! "

"What an amazing experience. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us and didn't get to fully experience the island as we wished but prior to booking I was told the bath house was fully booked but when I enquired on arrival it was available! We really enjoyed this experience. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful! Would definitely visit again"

"Stayed in the snow hotel itself, which was fun if you got into the spirit of the sleeping bag palaver! I was disappoint withthe ice sculptures/carving as although well done, they were not at all norwegain or inspired by the artic but rather dinsey! All very strange and not very culturally embrassing! Fun hiskie sledges. The northern light hunting although we had some great sites was lacking in anything other than a driver taking you to a laayby in a dark place!!"
