This was an amazing find for a Hostel in northern Norway and made the trip more affordable overall. The house is beautiful, Like a duplex, with clean Scandinavian design. I was able to share a small room with one other person in a room with a bunk bed. Comfortable bed, in-room heating system, a desk. Enough space for 2-3 luggage. The house itself is beautiful, with spacious living area, dining room. Kitchen a bit small for the number of persons (about 8-10 at the time). One small fridge, gets crowded if everyone buys groceries. Spiral staircase as most of the rooms are downstairs, with one room upstairs. Two fancy bathrooms. Hot water becomes issue is everyone showers at similar times. No locks on individual rooms perhaps it's a Norway thing, but for non-Norwegians a bit anxiety in a Hostel. Overall, a wonderful stay, meeting friendly and engaging people. All people respectful and clean. Quiet neighborhood in south part of island, very near beach and walking path. Also near 3 bus bus stop, 8 minutes to downtown, less frequent on weekends. I'm thrilled to have visited Tromso!!
