"It seems to be family-owned. The staff is fantastic, very cordial and friendly. They provided ear plugs, I’m assuming because of the train and bus station across the street but at night time it wasn’t too bad. Just an occasional train once in a while. We were parking on a weekend so we had plenty of street parking options since the meters aren’t in effect on Sunday and there seemed to be a garage not too far away. Good distance from Cologne and Bonn. Breakfast was delicious. "

"It is a nice place to stay, the check in instructions were really good and helpful. I had struggled with some things. 1st the bathroom door was not closing which was extremely annoying. 2nd the low light at the bathroom prevented me from being able to brush my hair nor being able to check my clothes.. It was also annoying 3rd the shower on the tub is not working. I guess if the toilet is not okay, it messes up your whole stay "
