"We stayed at this hotel in December 2023 to visit the Christmas markets. It was such a great experience we returned again with my son and his girlfriend in December 2024 for the Christmas markets. The hotel has free parking and safe behind the hotel which was easy and felt safe. The welcome from the staff is very welcoming and informative, always looking to help. "Stayed here with a couple of friends during the European Championships and they made our experience easy. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early. Stayed here for the rest of the tournament and was a nice hub to travel to neighbouring cities. Thankyou!"
