Great condo, excellent location, nice view on the pool
A phone is required to communicate with the manager. If you need a SIM card, there is Digicel at the airport but it didn’t work for me. We had to go to La Galeria where SFR worked for us. Bring or buy locally your soap, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, washing machine soap, dishes soap, hand soap etc. There is a 50 Euros cleaning fee but you also need to wash the towels and bed linings (with your own soap). You will love the condo, well furnished, great WIFI, walking distance from the beach, bakery, small grocery. Mosquitos were rare as it’s not on ground level and condo is well insulated. Would definitively recommand to any family! Thanks Philippe, Annie and Jean-Paul.

Un très bon séjour en grande partie grâce à l'emplacement de ce super logement. Tout y est très fonctionnel, bien agencé et très propre! La piscine est un plus non négligeable pour les enfants ainsi que la résidence close et sécurisée. Les commerces à 2 min à pied et la plage à peine plus loin... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Merci à Jean Paul pour l'accueil et les conseils.

Le meilleur appartement de la résidence Paprikau à deux pas de l’anse à l’Ane !
Très bel appartement, bien agencé et décoré face a la piscine et au parc de la résidence . Les deux bien entretenus ! Rien ne manque… nous avons passé un excellent séjour en espérant y revenir mais plutôt 10 jours que 7 pour mieux en profiter ! Si vous avez un jeune enfant tout est prévu pour lui, sauf la piscine qui est à 1m80 …des frites sont a disposition pour les plus grands !

Appartement spacieux, climatisé et très bien équipé. Superbe terrasse spacieuse. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir le sud de l’île. Plage et commerces accessibles à pied. Très bonne réactivité de jean Paul lors de nos différentes demandes. Piscine et environnement très agréables et calmes. Peu fréquentés. Petit bémol concernant la propreté du logement.

Tout était parfait
Appartement spacieux dans une petite résidence avec piscine.Description dans Abritel conforme en tout point à la réalité. Logement à 400 métres d’une belle plage avec restaurants où on peut en plus acheter du poisson frais dans les cabanes de pêcheurs à l’arrivée (irrégulière c’est ce qui fait son charme) de ces derniers. Boulangerie et carrefour marketing à 300 métres. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a reçu sur place à savoir Jean Paul(une mention particulière pour ce dernier👍)Un pb avec la télévision qui a grillé suite à orage et qui a été remplacé de suite par le propriétaire. On peut facilement rayonner sur toute l’ile au départ de la location,le sud avec ses plages et le nord avec une très belle nature sauvage. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et notons cette adresse pour un retour à la Martinique

Séjour Résidence Paprikau
Moi et mon fils de 12 ans avons loué ce condo pour 1 semaine. Tout était très propre. Les coussins du mobilier extérieur sur le balcon devraient cependant être remplacés. La piscine est très bien entretenue et fut un atout agréable à notre séjour. Les lits sont confortables et le salon avec télé et accès Netflix était très apprécié pour nos soirées films après avoir passé toute la journée à visiter. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la boulangerie et la boutique de fruits et légumes tout près à pied. Jean-Paul le gérant du condo était très réactif durant notre séjour et est venu très rapidement surplace lorsque nous avons eu un souci avec l’un des climatiseurs. C’est un endroit calme et bien situé à l’Anse à l’Âne. Je recommanderais la location de ce condo. Merci pour ce beau séjour en Martinique!

Bel appartement situé aux Trois Ilets. Plage et boulangerie à proximité. Résidence calme. Piscine appréciable. Points à améliorer : pas assez de vaisselle. Appartement propre, spacieux , fonctionnel et adapté à une famille de 4 personnes. Environnement très calme., verdoyant et proche de toutes commodités à pieds (5 minutes maximum). Jean paul nous a très bien accueillies et s'est montré soucieux de notre confort. En plus d'être sympathique ,il est facilement joignable et réactif. Nous le remercions grandement pour son accueil.

Séjour aux Trois Ilets Décembre 2022
Nous (2 adultes et 2 enfants - 10 et 3 ans) avons séjourné 10 jours du 11 au 21 décembre 2022. Quelques points négatifs avant le positif ! Nous regrettons : - que les jeux extérieurs présents sur les photos de l'annonce n'étaient plus en pace à notre arrivée - que l'annonce n'ait pas été plus détaillée sur les accessoires présents dans l'appartement (frites de baignade, sceau, pelle, pot pour enfant, planches de bodyboard...) : cela nous aurait évité de nous charger pour rien ;-) Nous avons aimé : - La propriété qui est très agréable. Très calme, elle compte 6 maisons chacune divisée en 5 appartements (2 au RDC, 2 au premier étage et un au 2ème étage). Place de parking privative. - la piscine : manifestement les 27 °de la piscine et les 28° extérieurs étaient trop frais pour les résidents permanents puisque nous avons profité seuls de la piscine durant 10 jours ;-) - la terrasse : éclairée et ventilée face à la piscine à l'ouest et au jardin au sud. Top ! - la proximité des commerces (boulangerie, échoppe de fruits et légumes, carrefour contact, plage - anse à l'âne - et restaurants) Merci à Jean-Paul pour sa souplesse.
